🏡 Should I Sell My Home This Fall or Wait Until Spring?

It's a question I get all the time — and the answer might surprise you.

While spring is traditionally the busiest season in real estate, fall can be one of the best times to sell, especially here in Delaware County.

Here’s why:

✔️ Less competition – Fewer listings means more eyes on your property
✔️ Serious buyers – People house hunting in the fall are typically motivated
✔️ Better curb appeal – Fall colors and crisp air make for great showings
✔️ Still time to close before the holidays

Of course, every situation is different. If you’re curious what your home might be worth today — or whether it makes more sense to wait — I’d be happy to run the numbers and talk strategy.
